What you need to know about Smoky Mountain Riding Stables

I had never been on a horse before. A fact that becomes painfully obvious when you watch this video.

Located at 1720 E Parkway in Gatlinburg, Smoky Mountain Riding Stables offers two types of horse riding experiences. A 45 minute ride for any ages 5 and up and a 2 hour ride for the more experienced rider.

Smoky Mountain Riding Stables is also one of the few horse riding attractions that has access to ride in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park! Which means you might get to see some wildlife on your ride like deer, turkeys and (of course) bears!

Although their schedule can vary, it's normally every day from March to November.
